Delivery

Our brownies are baked fresh to order, please make sure to order by 5 pm, 2 working days before you want your brownies to arrive. We bake on the day we receive your order, our courier collects the brownies from us the following day, to arrive at their destination the day after. However, our courier doesn't operate over the weekend...orders received on a Thursday or Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Email if you would like your brownies to arrive on a specific date. 

All our orders are delivered by courier, costing £6.99 per order. This is a fully trackable service, delivering Mondays to Fridays inclusive, between 9am and 6pm. 

By providing us with the recipient's phone number/email address, our courier will send a message on the morning of delivery with details of the delivery slot, which can be changed to another time if necessary. 

We recommend that if your brownies are required for a specific occasion, such as a wedding, that your order is delivered a couple of days before the event, as the brownies will remain fresh for up to 2 weeks.

Where possible we would advise taking delivery at a business premises where someone will be available throughout working hours, ensuring that your requested delivery date is suitable for either yourself or your gift recipient to accept an order.

We cannot accept responsibility for addresses provided incorrectly.

Every effort will be made to ensure parcels arrive on a preferred date, however, we cannot be held responsible for any third party delays that may arise.

We have a great relationship with our courier service, with an excellent track record of delivery. Of course delays unfortunately can occur when we least want them to and we all work really hard to ensure that this doesn’t happen, but please understand that traffic problems, weather, vehicle break downs, road closures, are generally out of anyone’s control to solve. In these instances, your parcel will be delivered as soon as possible at the very next opportunity and we ask for your understanding and patience.
